MOFA to be able to send, first of all the exact records and documents of the customers to be sent must be complete. From this page you can complete your incomplete documents and convert your missing documents.The employees of the appointed persons do not occur and are not seen as borrowers in the system.
If you click on the document button after listing your tour, a panel will open showing the status of the customer's document. If you mark the missing documents in this panel and press the Save button, the documents will be saved and the customer will be ready for MOFA operation.
To access the page,click on Visa/ Passport> Quick Control > Quick Control button on the letf menu.
