Tour Hotel Room Placement
Hotel rooms are made for hotel guests to stay in the same room.
To access the page,TOUR> TOUR > ROOM PLACEMENT click button on the left menu.
After the tour season and the tour are selected and listed as the hotel the tracks listed.In which track you want to make room placement, the transaction is made on that track.
By selecting the hotel on the first line of the list, customers can be provided to stay in the same hotel for that course or, the customer can be placed in a separate hotel from the hotel selection on the line that is named.
The customers who have same room number are the customers to stay together. Turasistan gives these room numbers by. However, you can change these room numbers.
Entry-Exit dates are automatically given but you can also change these dates (for example, if a customer group returns early, only an early date can be selected for the date of departure for those customers.)
If there are several tracks, the edits are made and the record button is pressed. These rooming are recorded in the system, and when you request a recording report, the last recording you have made appears.

NOTE: After you have completed the Hotel Room, you can get a detailed hotel room report by selecting Hotel Room Info in the "Report Type" field after you go to CUSTOMER> REPORTS> SPECIAL PAGE and select your turntable to get the report.
