Pre-registration
If it is unclear whether your customers will go to the tour, you can pre-register these customers. It is sufficient for the pre-registrants to enter their name, surname and telephone number. Other fields are optional. To access the page, go to Customer > Customer > Pre-registration panel from the left menu.
- For new pre-registration is carried out on the button number 1 located at Image 1.2.
- To edit the previously recorded pre-record is carried out with the button at the very beginning of the section numbered 2 in Image 1.2.
- For deleting the pre-record is carried out with the trash box button number 2 in Image 1.2.
There are two options to convert the pre-record to actual recording.
The first option, along with the pre-registration information, leads to the new registration page. It is shown in Image 1.1 in part 3. You will convert the actual record by entering the missing information on the registration page.
The second option is to go to the passport reading page and convert your passport into a real record. It is also shown in section4 at Image1 is also shown in section 4.
NOTE: Pre-registered customers are not listed anywhere except this page. Fee does not occur and tour can not be booked.
