Cancellation and Refund Policy

This page summarizes the cancellation and refund terms that Sanalogi Bilişim Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi ("Sanalogi") applies to Turasistan subscriptions. The full terms are set out in the Membership and SaaS Service Agreement (the "Service Agreement"). If this page and the Service Agreement differ, the Service Agreement prevails. Turasistan is offered only to businesses for their commercial activities; subscriptions are not consumer transactions under Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection.

Free trial

New customers can try Turasistan free for 14 days; no credit card is required. If the customer does not move to a paid package at the end of the trial, the account may be closed or suspended. Data entered during the trial is not guaranteed to be transferred to a paid account. Data in trial accounts that do not move to a paid package is kept for no more than 1 year after the trial ends and is then irreversibly deleted or anonymized.

Subscription and renewal

Subscription fees are invoiced annually in advance. A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless it is cancelled. Payment can be made by bank transfer, EFT or credit card; card payments are collected through a payment institution.

Cancelling your subscription

If you do not want your subscription to renew, simply email [email protected] at least 15 days before the renewal date. You can continue to use your subscription until the end of the period you have paid for.

Refunds

You can request a refund by emailing [email protected] within 14 days of first starting a paid subscription to Turasistan. In that case, the full subscription fee you paid is refunded and your subscription ends.

The right to a refund applies only to the first subscription purchase. Subscription fees are not refunded on renewal or after 14 days.

Your data after your subscription ends

You need to export your data before your subscription ends. After the agreement ends, your data is kept for no more than 1 year. At the end of this period, it is irreversibly deleted or anonymized.
