Frequently asked questions
Does Turasistan issue the tourist visa? No. Tourist visa applications are assessed and approved by the Saudi authorities. Turasistan is software that transfers the traveler data your agency prepares to the tourist visa system, using the account you set up in Turasistan App.
Which travelers can I add to a group? Only travelers with a confirmed booking can be added to a visa group. Select the tour and add travelers in bulk by searching by sub-agent, first name or last name.
What must be ready in the traveler record before submission? The traveler's passport details and passport photo must be in the record. The most reliable method is to read the passport chip via NFC with Turasistan Reader.
What if there are child travelers in the group? Trobot sends adults first, then children, and fills in the children's mahram details automatically. The child's mahram must be defined in Turasistan App and be in the same group as the child.
