The Hajj visa process works differently from Umrah and tourist visas. It is carried out by the staff authorized for the process through the relevant official systems, and these systems can change from season to season. A new screen, a new field or a changed step means hours lost at the busiest time of the season for teams that work by hand.
In Turasistan, Hajj visa work is also done with Trobot. Authorized staff work with the traveler records in Turasistan App, and Trobot transfers this data to the relevant system. When the system changes, Sanalogi Bilişim A.Ş. develops the necessary software updates and adapts Trobot to the new process, so authorized staff can continue visa work without interruption.
How does the process work?
- Registration: Hajj travelers' details are entered into Turasistan App once; passport data can be read from the chip with Turasistan Reader.
- Preparation: Travelers are filtered by Hajj province and Hajj type, and the records to be submitted are selected.
- Submission: The staff authorized for the process start the submission, and Trobot transfers the travelers to the relevant system.
- Updates: When the official system changes, Sanalogi Bilişim A.Ş. updates Trobot for the new process.
