One of the most demanding parts of preparing a group is assigning travelers to rooms and buses. Families, couples and groups of friends want to stay together; every change means rebuilding spreadsheets, and the lists sent to the hotel and the bus company end up not matching.
In Turasistan App, you handle rooming and bus seating directly on the traveler records. Who stays with whom in which room, and who is on which bus, is decided once; the lists for the hotel, the bus company and group staff all come from the same records.

Once rooming is done, you get the rooming report. It shows, in a single list, the hotel each traveler stays at, the outbound and return flights, the check-in and check-out dates, and who they share the room with. You send the rooming list to the hotel and the bus list to the bus company.
